Baby Shower is a happy event for the whole family. Here is a simple idea to make a paper decoration. Just few sheets of paper, glue, thread or nylon thread. Cut round circle of same size then just turn and paste on  each other .it will resemble a baby perm. add two wheels to each perms .take a empty plastic bottle and cut the base out to 3inch long then cover with paper or just stick four same size perms on each side and voila beautiful mobile is available to hang for great party.
